Sixteen Candles

Good Bye to my fifteen year old self, it's been an amazing year for sure!
[lets review...shall we?:
Took trips across the Atlantic, roamed around Italy, The Netherlands, and Belgium for a month.
Got the driving learners permit. (after a couple fails)
Joined 2 clubs. (art & earth)
have a sort of "job" in the arts & crafts department.
Was asked to create a mural!
Attended ART BASEL 09!
blablahbalh..the list goes on and on.]

Its time to move passed the facts and live my life to it's fullest now!
Starting with my future.

Tomorrow i will not only be 16 but I will spend the day with my love bugs from school...which will include FOOD, hugs, kisses, birthday singing in two languages, and smiles!
Later I'll head to a nice lunch with papa and fio.
And meet mama after, else where.
At night....mumz, fio, and moi will go see Lovely bonesz!
After wards, Dinner with an extra guest (ma beux pere).
And prepare ourselves for a great beach weekend. (Ruby will be joining us for her first time
beach house experience!!)

Nobody’s going to put me in a cage.

Right now?: Munching on my Holland candy and reunited with an old friend.
Doors are opening more than one at a time, I am very...mm blissful for it all.
Also, I'm about to turn seize (16). Yeah I also got a 95 on my francais*
midterm. (imaginary mustage and baret place themselves upon me)
Long week-end I'm looking forward to you with a smile.
My mind is in a "sun shining through the window blinds" kind of state.
I'm open to all, yet enjoy staying myself.

Yesterday was a lovely way to spend my afternoon with Isabel in stars (like she puts it).
Discussed great topics and had a nice little meal with surprise friends!
I'm hoping to share with her all my "escape to places" next week-end.

I'm off to my great hike on finding the greatness of my weekend!!

Buongiorno to all, I hope your days have been full of nice weather

and sweet adventures.

My Wednesday has been a very treasured one.

French is the next thing on my list after this, and I'm happy. I'm also

expectant of what I will end up purchasing in Macy's tonight.

Finally, I was honored with the news of the possibility to join lookbook.nu!

ps- I secretly want my birthday to be a magical one.

PS- God bless all the people who have died and suffered because of the earthquake in Haiti.

sweet lovely life

Here I am typing away on a iMac from the Fountain bleau in Miami.

But before that, I should mention that Thursday was magnifique.

Rode my bike, my mama rode my bike, was amazingly cold, got my Urban Outfitters Catalogue, got my $10 NYLON subscription, AND my fifi lapin Tshirt.

I know...all perfect.

But life gets better, this lovely friend of mine has invited me to spend my weekend with her at this hotel! But you have no idea how wild this is, i have never seen anything like it!

Chandeliers, twinkling lights under the pool, even my right amount of stray kittens by the beach dock.

We got her in a limo, partied like animals on a trampoline, and arrived to a great room full of "french looking everything"! Balloons, french macaroons, brownies, and more!!

We went to an Italian Restaurant, Lincon Rd, and the movies to see Sherlock Holmes (which J'adore)

I'll try to keep in touch but for now.... Au revoir!!

Dried flower pedals

I spent my day a l'ecole, depuis je suis allé to my orthodontist appointment.
Which was a "jaw-dropping" kind of thang.
Later I also got to ditch volunteering (even though J'adore what I do)
for the mall with mama.
Now I am back and everything is so sweet...tomorrow I will ride mon voiture
around town (whom I think I am going to name: Charlotte, not sure yet.)

Also planning on going to bed early today....we will see if that happens.
And finally, I'm happy that I'm not alone at all with my language plans.
Ivanna and I are OH SO FRENCH! ;)

Layering is all I'm about when its cold out.

Ode of the Sun

A new year or a new chapter whatever you want to call it.
I guess I'll tell you how my last day of 2009 went down: pretty much down the drain.
I'm feeling free however, I must learn to overcome silly
occasions and prepare myself for my new year of life. My birthday is coming up,
so not only is it a new year but a new age which is great!
January seems to be the best month for me and I'm ready.
I'm avoiding any plans for my birthday that way anything that comes my way I can face it with
surprise and open arms.

Sneaking off to the beach house was probably the best thing i could have done this weekend.
School starts tomorrow and in order to start of right I am heading straight to the office to fill out
my midterm papers.
Also February is dual enrollment planning. (yes! See you all in the future!)
Hope my old friends stay on board of this train with me through this year and that new one's hop on my journey.

My new years resolution: To find my true self.
